Today I narrowly missed an E90 that tried to enter my lane without looking, a city bus stopped at a 45 deg. angle, cars stopped without hazards, and the usual suicidal pedestrians. Just an average day delivering food in the city of many hills.
So my shift ended and I went home. I parked, set my handbrake, and looked at my phone. Then I felt the car start rolling back and before I knew it, I rolled into my neighbor's construction van. No damage to anybody, just some chipped clearcoat on mine.
I think my car wants me to find a different line of work. Well, I guess I'll be adjusting that this weekend.

So your handbrake doesn't work too well anymore, eh?

Yup, only works at full blast.

Pretty sure you can take that into a shop for a quick adjustment for not too much money.
Sucks about the damaged clearcoat. At least it's clearcoat and not through the paint.

like acid said, you can usually adjust it. Just google it. Generally speaking there's a spur gear you turn with a screwdriver. Could be the shoes need replacing which can be a real bitch
